If you're experiencing issues with the app; like it not loading properly, or you're seeing a “Something went wrong” error when trying to log in - Here is what you can do!

Restart the App 

Sometimes a quick reset is all it takes: 

Close the app completely (swipe it away from recent apps). 

Reopen it and try again. 

Delete and Reinstall the App 

This can resolve most unexpected bugs or loading issues: 

Delete the app from your device. 

Download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. 

Open the app and try again. 

Check for VPN issues 

If you're seeing a “Something went wrong” message when logging in, it may be caused by an active VPN: 

Disable your VPN and try logging in again.
