If you can’t see your order in the app, it may be because the purchase was not made while logged into your app account!  

You can place orders via the app in two ways!  

Pre-order directly from your phone, just select your store location and pick it up! 

Or  

Order with the Juicer at the till and scan your Joe app with the QR code!

How to Scan & Pay on Terminal  

  1. Select the Scan icon located in the bottom right corner of your homepage

  1.  You are now ready to scan. Please wait for the QR code to appear on the terminal. 

 

 

4. When the Juicer initiates the payment, a QR code will appear on the terminal screen. 

 

 

5. Place the QR code displayed on the terminal into the pink square on your phone screen to scan.  

 

6. Select your desired payment option and click ‘confirm'. 

 

Your order is being prepared! 

Good to know:  

If the order was placed in-store without connecting your app, through a third-party delivery service, via a self-service kiosk, or via the Website, it will not appear in your order history.
