You can only collect loyalty points if the purchase was made while you were logged into your JOE account in the app at the time of payment.

Points cannot be added afterwards by scanning a receipt. If the purchase was made  in-store without the app, or through a third-party delivery service, the points will unfortunately not be registered to your account.

To make sure you receive points on future purchases, please ensure you are logged into your account and scan the app at checkout or place your order directly through the app.
