I placed the delivery via the Joe App
You can track your order directly in the app. Once the order is placed, you’ll be able to follow its progress in real time until it arrives. Simply tap on the order on the home-page.
I placed the delivery via a delivery partner
Please open the delivery partner’s app and check your order under your active or upcoming orders.
These platforms usually provide live tracking and status updates, including the driver’s location and estimated arrival time.
If you’re unable to locate your order in the app, we recommend contacting the delivery platform’s support team, as they manage the delivery and driver information.
