In the UK, Central Europe, Scandinavia, and the Nordic markets, delivery through our JOE app is not available. You can still order through third-party delivery services in these regions.
If you encounter any issues with third-party services, please note that we are unable to process refunds for these orders. For missing or damaged third-party orders (e.g., Foodora, PostMates, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.), please reach out directly to the delivery service, as they handle the transaction.
